Position Overview

Position Overview

Our North Carolina environmental consulting team is looking to add a dynamic and self-motivated Associate Consultant to perform and manage urban forestry and inventory projects in the Tennessee market.

The ISA Certified Arborist credential and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification are requirements for the position.

Education and Qualifications:

An individual must be able to perform each essential job duty consistently and satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* Previous experience successfully working as an Inventory Arborist or equivalent experience in the industry will be required.

* Project management experience is preferred.

* Two- to four-year degree in Forestry, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Environmental Science, Plant Biology or related discipline or equivalent experience in similar position is required.

* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are highly desirable.

* Current Driver's License and Driving Record in good standing is required.

* Urban forestry experience is required.

* Proficient working knowledge of computers and software (including Word, Excel, and GIS) is required.
