About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Functional/Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Documents meeting notes, decisions, and functional design details for information systems.
  • Drafts agile user stories, system documentation, system training content, design artifacts, etc.
  • Develops, documents, and executes detailed test cases, test scenarios.
  • Validates and documents test results conform to design.
  • Updates defects, test cases, and user stories in tracking system.
  • Creates and manages production support incidents from inception through closing.
  • Supports and works directly with system users during user testing, training, and system rollout, including in business offices.
  • Communicates functional design, test results, and feedback with both development and business/user teams.
  • Provides support for end users during rollout of systems
  • Interact with functional leads to get more clarification on the requirements and scenarios and technical teams.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Experience performing analysis and summarizing/communicating complex processes and information.
  • At least 2 years of experience in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users.
  • 3+ years of experience with gathering, decomposing, and documenting functional requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in working with issue tracking and requirements management systems, including JIRA
  • Experience with providing support to Agile delivery, including help with backlog maintenance, sprint planning, and release planning
  • Ability to learn complex systems with limited supervision and documentation
  • Experience with Oracle SQL a plus
